Upgraded Performance with Dimensity 6300
The vivo V50 Lite 5G brings a significant performance upgrade with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, replacing the Snapdragon 685 from the 4G model. This new processor enhances connectivity and supports Bluetooth 5.4, an improvement over Bluetooth 5.0. While vivo hasn’t confirmed the Wi-Fi version, it will likely support Wi-Fi 5 (ac) like its 4G counterpart.
Meanwhile, MediaTek is gearing up to launch the Dimensity 9400+, a next-gen processor promising even better efficiency and performance. Get the latest details in our Dimensity 9400+ Launch Preview.

Display: 120Hz OLED & In-Display Fingerprint Scanner
The vivo V50 Lite 5G boasts a 6.77-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering fluid animations and ultra-smooth scrolling. It features a 1080p+ resolution and reaches a peak brightness of 1,800 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even in bright conditions.
For security, the device includes an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, seamlessly integrated into the screen. Meanwhile, the 32MP punch-hole selfie camera sits centrally at the top, maintaining a clean and modern look.

Camera System: 50MP Main & Ultra-Wide Lens
One of the biggest upgrades over the 4G model is the rear camera setup. The 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor (1/2.0” sensor size) is now paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, offering better versatility for capturing landscapes and group shots. This is a major improvement, as the previous 4G version only included a 2MP depth sensor alongside the main camera. Additionally, the Aura Light ring flash sits below both sensors, providing better illumination for low-light photography. Battery & Charging: 6,500mAh & 90W Fast Charging
The 6,500mAh battery is one of the standout features, promising longevity and performance. vivo claims the battery will retain at least 80% health after 5 years of usage. On a full charge, users can expect up to 10.5 hours of gaming.
Compared to its predecessor, the vivo V40 Lite 5G, the battery capacity has increased by 1,000mAh, while the charging speed has doubled to 90W. A full charge takes just 53 minutes, while a 50% charge can be achieved in 23 minutes. While the phone lacks a headphone jack, it compensates with stereo speakers for an immersive audio experience.
