The Realme 8 Pro features a premium design and build quality. It has an aluminium frame with a plastic back panel that is split into two parts – one glossy and one matte. The phone also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and rear for added protection.

Realme 8 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G processor. It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The device runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.

In terms of performance, the Realme 8 Pro offers good performance with no lag or stutter while multitasking or playing games. We tested the device with PUBG Mobile and Asphalt 9: Legends and it ran smoothly without any issues. The device also provides good battery life as it comes with a 4500mAh battery that can last up to two days on a single charge with moderate usage. With heavy usage, the device can last up to one day on a single charge.

Camera Performance

The Realme 8 Pro features a quad-camera setup at the rear, which includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro shooter and finally a 2MP monochrome portrait lens. All of these have been paired with several software enhancements to ensure that users get the best possible photography experience. The rear cameras can record videos up to 4K resolution and 30fps. On the front is a 32MP selfie camera capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.

In terms of performance, the Realme 8 Pro offers good image quality with accurate colors and plenty of detail in both stills and videos. The camera app also offers plenty of features including Night mode, AI Scene Detection, Chroma Boost and more. Overall, the Realme 8 Pro’s camera performance is quite good for its price range and should be able to satisfy most users.
